Welcome to Grey Eagle CrossFit

Swannanoa and Black Mountain's first and only CrossFit facility, where we promote a fitness system built around constantly-varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

  • {re}vici River Ruckus III

    We're excited to announce that we're partnering with {re}vici and Community Fitness Events again for the third edition of the {re}vici River Ruckus, April 25-26, 2015 at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. Saturday will include an individual competition with Rx, Scaled, Youth and Masters Divisions. 4-person Rx, Scaled and Masters teams will compete on Sunday, Registration is now live.

    Rx and Masters teams are 2 male/2 female. Scaled can be all male, all female, or 2/2.

Note: We're on the OPPOSITE side of the building from Pisgah Brewery. Best to enter on the Grovestone Road side, but you can enter from Old 70 and drive around the Brewery as well. Look for the big green recycling dumpster next to the big loading docks and set of roll-up doors. You should see our signage on the building and can enter there.
